Trusted Data for a Clearer Property Perspective
We combine authoritative public data and trusted sources to bring you a clearer and more complete view of Australian real estate.
This page brings together the data sources and acknowledgements used by YAY Real Estate. Reporting periods, material limitations and school eligibility reminders remain beside the relevant information. Use of public data or third-party information does not imply endorsement of YAY Real Estate.
Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS)
Population and housing profiles use 2016 and 2021 Census information. Area maps use 2021 Suburbs and Localities boundaries from the Australian Statistical Geography Standard (ASGS), Edition 3. Census years are identified in the relevant profiles. Statistical boundaries provide area context; they are not property boundaries or school eligibility boundaries.

NSW Fair Trading / NSW Government
Recent rental context, rental market checks and indicative rental ranges use NSW Fair Trading rental bond lodgement data. The information is supplied by landlords or agents at the start of a tenancy and describes recent lodged rentals by postcode and property type. It is not an appraisal of an individual property. The data period remains visible in the relevant rental context.

NSW Department of Education
NSW public schools master dataset supplies government school locations and classifications. Government school intake-zone data supplies catchment boundaries. School information snapshot: 2 October 2026; intake-zone snapshot: 2 October 2026. These sources cover government schools and do not include non-government schools.

YAY has adapted the material into suburb summaries and map overlays. Information may be incomplete or out of date; the Department disclaims responsibility for reliance on the intake-zone data, including for property purchases or rentals.
School intake areas may change. Suburb-level distances and overlap relationships do not establish eligibility for an individual address. Confirm current enrolment eligibility through the official School Finder and the school.
Google Maps Platform
Google Maps supplies maps, place and address suggestions, and driving, transit, walking and cycling times. Travel times are indicative; routes, services and conditions may change. Maps and associated content remain copyright of Google and the third-party providers identified in the interface.
Google map branding, copyright, Terms and required third-party attribution remain in the relevant map and travel interfaces. Realestate.com.au Pty Ltd (REA)
Suburb rental market trends use published market information from realestate.com.au. Charts retain their original source links and complete existing five-year historical series. The Current 12 Month Period identifies a separate market reporting window and does not limit the five-year chart history. Historical trends and area medians provide market context and are not valuations or rental appraisals of individual properties.
