Sydney auction clearance rate records 66%
Domain’s results for the week ending 7 June 2025 show 884 auctions scheduled and 658 results reported. 434 properties sold, 96 were withdrawn and 128 passed in, producing a 66% clearance rate, compared with 67% at the same time last year. Reported sales totalled $467,365,438, with a median sale price of $1,490,000.
