Kings Bay Village is a forthcoming bayside precinct at 131 Parramatta Road, Five Dock. The official release is planned to include 1, 2 and 3 bedroom modern lifestyle apartments above a new local village of retail, dining and entertainment.
Pedestrian laneways, elevated terraces and a new park are designed to bring homes and daily life together. The official project website outlines 12,600 sqm of retail, convenience and entertainment space, including a curated mix of eateries, cafés and bars.
Kings Bay Village is being delivered by Deicorp in partnership with Metrics, with architecture by Turner Studio and Nordon Jago. Deicorp states that it is an iCIRT-rated developer-builder and that the project includes a 10-year Latent Defects Insurance policy.
