Yes. An existing tenancy can continue when management changes. Once YAY is formally appointed and the current agreement has been reviewed, we can coordinate the practical transfer of records, keys and communication.
Yes. Changing managing agents does not itself end the tenancy. The required notice and any termination arrangements depend on your current management agency agreement, so that document should be checked before the handover is arranged.
We review relevant current market evidence, the property's location, condition, features and comparable rental activity. We then discuss the pricing and leasing strategy with the landlord before action is taken.
We receive and assess maintenance requests, communicate with the landlord, coordinate suitable trades where authorised and follow the work through. Urgent matters are handled according to the tenancy circumstances and applicable requirements.
Inspection timing depends on the tenancy, property and applicable requirements. We plan an appropriate schedule, provide the required notice and report relevant observations to the landlord.
